We provide you with an easy way to rapidly create great merchandise designs and save them in the right format to upload easily to Merch by Amazon as well as to other marketplaces and even to your own website. Q: What is MakeMerch.art?
A: MakeMerch.art is a membership site designed to enable users to quickly and easily create great looking designs for Merch by Amazon and other Print On Demand platforms.
Q: I have a paid subscription with Make-Merch.com, do I get a preferred rate for joining MakeMerch.art?

Q: Are the designs copyright free?
A: The MakeMerch team has made efforts to ensure that we only use images without any limitations on their use. Images are either created by our team or sourced from sites where the copyright is listed as CCO without any limitations on usage. If you find an image on Make-Merch that you believe is a violation, please inform us immediately. Tens of thousands of images have been created on Make-Merch and uploaded to Merch by Amazon. In very few cases, Amazon has asked for a proof of right to use an image and this has been provided by Doogma and has been accepted in all cases that we are aware of. This can change due to the nature of art and copyrighting. If we become aware of any image that is problematic, we shall remove it from our collection.
Q: If I create a design using MakeMerch will Amazon automatically approve it?
A: Not necessarily. If the wording used in your design or the design itself does not meet Merch by Amazon’s rules, your design will not be approved. If you need to prove to Amazon that the image itself is copyright free, please refer them to MakeMerch.art as the source. Please do not copy designs of other Make-Merch members.
Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: No, we are not currently offering a free trial. However, if you sign up for the monthly subscription and for any reason, MakeMerch.art does not live up to your expectations, please contact support within the first 72 hours and request a refund. We will consider all such requests that provide relevant information.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Once you sign up for a paid subscription, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will continue till the end of the original period (month or year depending on the subscription you signed up for). The subscription starts immediately upon sign up and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds (unless within first 72 hours in which case we shall consider).
Q: Can multiple users share a Make-Merch account?
A: No. Each Merch By Amazon/POD user should have his/her own MakeMerch account. This is important for licensing issues. If Amazon flags your account and asks for proof of subscription, you’ll need to prove that when you uploaded your images your email account had an active MakeMerch subscription.
Q: What are the minimum system requirements to use Make-Merch?
A: Depending on whether you use filters and other advanced features on MakeMerch, stronger processing power and memory may be required. We find that MakeMerch works well on Windows 10, newer Macs, some newer Chromebooks and even some Android devices.If you’re on Windows 7 or your device has less than 8GB internal memory, some features and some downloads may not work. (Tip: try closing all other windows and browser tabs – sometimes this may help).

Q: Will you be adding more designs, products and marketplace formats?
A: Yes, we’ll regularly be adding new designs, new options, support for new products when Amazon does and we’ll also be adding support for the formats required by other marketplaces. Please contact the MakeMerch team with your ideas and requests.
Q: Can I use MakeMerch on a mobile phone?
A: It does work on most phones, we’re working to improve the user experience on mobile devices.
Q: How Can I Save and Retrieve Designs?
A: Designs will automatically be saved to your own private area “My Designs” section on MakeMerch. We will keep these designs for you for a period of 30 days

Q: Can I use images created on Make-Merch for other POD sites?
A: Yes. MakeMerch was built primarily to support sellers on Merch by Amazon. We have studied Amazon TOS and do our best to meet their TOS and make sure that the download format is suitable for the current products on MBA (i.e. t-shirts). We are aware that many of our users now use the platform to design tees and other products to be sold on other marketplaces. This practice is approved for our subscribers. It is the subscriber’s own responsibility to check that they meet the Terms of Service (TOS) of such sites. Make-Merch doesn’t have the ability to check the TOS of each marketplace. In future, we may offer several tiers of service with different pricing based on the use of the designs you create on MakeMerch. In each such case, we’ll do our best not to adversely affect use of MakeMerch by existing subscribers.
Over time, we may offer higher tiers with new premium features. However, in most cases, we will not reduce the functionality or the license for existing users.
